Hello everyone :)

My name is David and I'm a bass player in Zurich currently looking for either individual artists or musical projects that are looking for project-based support on Bass (or Guitar for that matter).

I've been making music for well over 15 years and have started doing session work a couple of years ago. Since then I've gained quite a bit of band experience, have played with several projects in live sessions and have done in-person and remote recording sessions for individual artists or bands.

I play in a band at the lake of constance called OXMO but I genuinely enjoy session work on the side because it helps me broaden my musical horizon and lets me explore the way in which other people and constellations make music. Playing pro-bono is therefore more than okay.

In terms of style I've been mostly at home in the realms of (indie-)rock and (indie-)pop, but I'm a huge funk enthusiast and have explored genres such as soul and blues just like heavier genres such as heavy-metal or metalcore. I guess there's only two genres I won't be of any use: Jazz (cause I'm just not good enough) and Schlager (because there's no way in hell you'll get me to do a schlager gig.)
